Junior Executive/Executive – Credit Control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer capacity in financial aspects such as receivable and payable behaviour and customer registrations.
  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly collection targets, ensuring financial stability and liquidity.
  • Set collection goals for sales team, monitor performance, and drive the team toward achieving those goals through effective leadership and motivation.
  • Evaluate credit applications meticulously and supervise debtor activity to ensure compliance with approved credit limits, thereby reducing financial risk.
  • Take responsibility for reconciling debtor accounts, while ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports for management in order to support in strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers on statements of account, and encouraging timely payments while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Be willing to visit customers whenever necessary to discuss accounts, negotiate payments, and build stronger business relationships.

Personal Profile & Skills

  • Diploma in Credit Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity in the automobile/Automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional qualifications in finance will be an additional advantage.
