VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
ASSISTANT MANAGER - HEAD OFFICE (RISK & COMPLIANCE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining risk management policies and procedures.
- Support compliance reviews to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on relevant changes.
- Perform risk assessments and report findings to senior management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and followed.
- Assist in preparing risk and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help implement compliance training programs across the organization.
- Maintain records and documentation as required for regulatory audits or inspections.
- Support investigation of compliance breaches and help implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal and internal control teams to ensure holistic governance.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (part qualified) or AAT qualified
- 2-3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and Advanced Excel
- Proficiency in MS Office and risk management tools
- Presentation skills, Time Management
- Methodical & report writing skills
