COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

  • Implement, Monitoring and follow up the country legislation, international law (ILO), Buyer’s Code of conduct.
  • Implementation of the Company Policy & Procedure.
  • Promoting Safety requirements, achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a social compliance plan to bring the Company’s Compliance management system requirements, i.e. WRAP, BW, GSV, GRS and others customer CoC.
  • Effectively interact and implements ongoing HIGg improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
  • Ensuring requires tests and procedures are properly understood, followed and carried out accordingly.
  • Writing SOP as needed for compliance systems procedures.
  • Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan.
  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the customer and HK office requirement.
  • Setting Energy, water, waste reduction objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
  • Ensure the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the application of Traffic safety standard and conduct awareness to the employees.
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
  • Liaising with Head Office, auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.
  • Preparing clear explanatory documents.
  • Provide hands-on ownership for the various elements of the compliance system including corrective action, validations, customer complaints, and internal audits to ensure successful performance.
  • Ensure efficient and effective processes and tools are established for Compliance Management system requirements and continually improve.
  • Act as an internal auditor for social compliance and conduct audit every month.
  • Conduct Management review for EMS system in every six months & Conduct EHS monthly meetings and update meeting minutes on share folder.
  • Conduct training as requirement & accident investigation.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role is preferred. Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills & Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
