PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Payroll administration & responsible for pay-related reports and documentation.
  • Provide payroll input details for outsourced payroll processing based on HRIS data (OT calculations / Leave calculations etc.).
  • Serve as the administrator and key point of contact for HRIS.
  • Coordinate employee databases and generate HR dashboards.
  • Submit monthly headcount reports and provide headcounts, pay related reports requested by the management.
  • Address day-to-day HRIS issues and pay-related queries of employees.
  • Provide audit reports and process information for finance, Labour department and BOI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS administration is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Proven experience in advanced Excel functions & data analysis techniques is a must.
  • Specific working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll.
  • Preferably 2 years prior working experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
