Payroll Specialist - UK
Excellent opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join a fast growing UK offshore organization located in Mount Lavinia.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years demonstrable experience running UK payrolls, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NIC, Auto-Enrolment, and statutory payments
- Proficient in using payroll software (ideally BrightPay)
- Understanding of reviewing and posting payroll journals
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client deadlines
- UK BPO experience is mandatory
- Must be willing to work on UK shift
