We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - Body Shop at the Minuwangoda Branch.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage collision repair operations.
• Handle insurance claims and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Lead and manage the body shop team effectively.
• Maintain high standards of communication with staff and clients.
• Ensure the team delivers timely and high-quality repairs.
• Work under pressure while ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NVQ, IVQ, German Tech, AETTI, or any relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of collision repair techniques.
• Expertise in insurance claim handling processes.
• Strong staff management and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
