RECEPTIONIST
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Support other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or administrative training a plus).
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
