WE’RE LOOKING FOR

DOCUMENTATION & COORDINATION ASSISTANT

(FEMALE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site-related documentation such as invoices, quotations, retention letters, etc.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of disbursements.
  • Follow up on credit and outstanding payments related to ongoing and completed jobs.
  • Coordinate site visits by communicating with customers and arranging suitable schedules.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with other general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate aged 25–35 years
  • Residing within 10 km of Nittambuwa
  • Good command of English – both spoken and written
  • Fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work independently, professionally, and with attention to detail
  • Experience in construction, aluminium fabrication, or a related field will be an added advantage
