DESIGNATION: INTERN - GROUP SUSTAINABILITY

COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED

LOCATION: RANALA

ROLE PROFILE

  • Assist in deploying the ESG strategy framework across all business units.
  • Collect and analyze sustainability-related performance data (carbon footprint, waste, water, energy, etc.) of SBUs and provide support where necessary.
  • Support the preparation of sustainability reports and other required submissions.
  • Assist in developing content for both internal and external sustainability communications.
  • Work alongside SBU sustainability champions to monitor and promote green initiatives across business units.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and case studies relevant to the business, and provide necessary insights.
  • Support stakeholder engagement in sustainability initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Fresh Graduate/Undergraduate in Environmental Science/ Sustainability/ Engineering or any other related field of study.
  • Proficiency in English Language and Computer Literacy.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Being an active and participative team player with a positive attitude and commitment.

An allowance will be paid on par with the industry standards.
