F & B MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Supervise and train service staff.
  • Develop menus in coordination with executive chef.
  • Manage monthly inventory, cost control, and daily ordering procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through promotional activities and excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in F&B supervision or management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and service standards.
  • Hands-on, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
  • Guest oriented & service minded.
