We are seeking a proactive and versatile Project Manager to join our team. This role involves ensuring the successful delivery of client projects whilst being the primary contact for clients, establishing key milestones and deadlines, and managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Empower and support the team to ensure they have the confidence and resources to complete their tasks effectively.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
- Internal scheduling, establishing key milestones and deadlines for project deliverables.
- Manage and exceed client expectations by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Foster a supportive environment for both clients and the internal team, ensuring everyone feels confident with project progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a compassionate and personable approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Confidence in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
