Manager – Development and Inbound Operations
A start-up destination management company is looking for a manager. The manager will be considered the head of the inbound operations and will be provided with additional staff. With exceptional performance, the manager will be promoted to a higher position with additional financial benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying markets and clients. One of the main tasks of the manager will be to devise mechanisms to attract new customers.
- Creating itineraries for the clients.
- Coordinate with hotels for accommodation. Negotiating with hotels for the best prices.
- Coordinate with the Chauffeurs.
- Coordinate with clients and attend to their queries and needs.
- Generating costing for client queries and itineraries.
Experience and requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in handling or supervising the above responsibilities in the inbound travel industry is a must.
- A relevant qualification would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- A friendly personality with strong PR skills is expected.
