Join our dynamic team! We are a company specializing in designing, importing, installing, and maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment for hotels and restaurants.
Role:
Assist in preparing accurate quotations, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and data management.
- Typing skills in English for clear communication and accurate record-keeping.
- Communication & Interpersonal skills to handle customer complaints and inquiries.
- Attention to detail & Accuracy when preparing quotations and maintaining records.
- Organizational skills to keep the office running efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn about technical products and sales processes.
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
Qualifications:
- G.C.E A/L qualified
- 1-2 years of customer service/admin experience is a plus.
