SERVICE MARKETING TEAM LEAD (ORUGODAWATTA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership and direction to a service marketing team, coach and mentor
• Supervise the service marketing team to achieve performance targets
• Manage team performance, workflow and analysis
• Continuously pursue and implement system and process improvements
• Plan, develop and implement new and revised service marketing programs, policies and applications
• Create, direct and execute practice priorities that pertain to the call center with regard to team development

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or customer coordination role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
