Ceylon Strategic Research Institute (CSRI) is a research based Institute in Sri Lanka that offers the most advanced and recognized strategic management graduate degree that leads to PhD in Strategic Management. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Marketing and Overall Operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operational efficiency, and managing marketing strategies across all 06 branches.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in marketing and operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Skilled at multitasking and handling priorities.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
