HOUSEKEEPING OFFICER
We, a fully owned subsidiary of the Sampath Bank PLC and a BOI approved Company, are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of Housekeeping Officer contributing to the strengthening of our Internal Housekeeping functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanliness for events, meetings, or special occasions.
- Maintain the bank’s image by ensuring public areas are always neat and tidy.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning needs or complaints.
- Support a positive customer experience through a clean, organized environment.
- Schedule and oversee daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify cleanliness issues or maintenance needs.
- Keep records of inspections and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A creative person with a high degree of focus on quality.
- Proven professional hospitality qualification is an added advantage.
