Operation Manager i/c Housekeeping
Haritha Villas + Spa is a contemporary high end luxury destination with seven intimate villas and two colonial style mansions all with private pool, personalized Butler Service and immersed in the greenery of the jungle, serving completely international clientele.
Duties:
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets and supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and motivate the housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work on Roster basis.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Hospitality and proven experience in housekeeping management in a star luxury Hotel.
- Hands on mentality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Pleasing personality. Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Proficiency in foreign languages, English is a must.
