Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform dealing activities pertaining to Cash Flow Management, Money Market, Foreign Exchange & Fixed Income Operations with the guidance of the dealers in Treasury
- Ability to predict and analyse market movement and prepare reports to the Management
- Prepare market analysis along with Treasury position on a daily basis
- Provide inputs for ALCO (Asset-Liability Committee)
- Preparation of reports to the Management on profitability of deals, risk & emerging market trends
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of ACI Dealing Certificate or Certificate in Treasury & Foreign Exchange Operations offered by CBSL or Diploma in Treasury & Risk Management offered by IBSL is preferred
- Degree from a recognized university or part/ full completion of Banking/ CIMA/ ACCA/ CFA/ FRM
- Possess 3 years of working experience with minimum of 1 year in a position relevant to Treasury/Finance, preferably in the Banking industry
- Should be a self-motivated person with strong analytical and communication skills
- Higher level of computer literacy (MS Office)
