Vacancy Urgent: Administration Executive – (Female)

Industry: Medical (import of medical accessories & machinery)

Job Profile:

The selected candidate should be able to perform the functions of cash handling, local purchases and recurrent office payments of medical-related consumables and machinery while maintaining good coordination with the sales team and the customers. Timely monitoring, proper record keeping, and being ready for any related tasks by the management are expected.

Personal Profile: General

  • Petty cash handling and related bookkeeping in QB system
  • Arranging monthly recurring payments and record keeping
  • Arrange locally purchased necessities to the office and proper follow up to make available of the items without running OS.
  • Establish & maintain good relationships with customers by fulfilling their supply requirements on time without deviations.
  • Coordinate with the Accountant to follow up with the timely debtor updation.
  • Supporting normal office related daily functions and maintaining documentation.
  • Minimum educational qualification is to have passed GCE A/L in commerce stream.
  • Experience in the MyPos or any stock management system would be an added advantage.
  • Age below 28 Years
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office will be an added advantage.
