Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Junior Executive - HR & Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a variety of HR & Administration functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to the key HR functions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle day to day HR operations and documentation.
  • Support payroll and leave management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Administration department.

Requirements:

  • Full / Part Qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized University or HR Institute (Preferably NIBM).
  • 1-2 Years' experience in HR & Administration roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Age between 22 - 26 Years.
