Head of Credit Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Credit Operations team, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibility
- Oversee the credit operations function, ensuring efficient loan processing, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
- Develop and implement credit policies to enhance operational effectiveness and mitigate risks.
- Lead a team of credit professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive a faster, dynamic approval process to support the organization’s credit appetite while enhancing customer experience and service standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize credit performance and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance credit decision-making and portfolio monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in credit operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a Non-banking Financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management, regulatory frameworks, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
