Job Description

The Junior Executive – Admin & FM will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and facilities-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The role involves procurement, stock management, and the upkeep of office premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage procurement of stationery items in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Purchase welfare items as required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of stationery and welfare stocks.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels regularly to avoid shortages.
  • Oversee the general upkeep and cleanliness of office premises.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to handle procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and facility management functions.
