Leaf is a brand of Luxurious Bungalows and villas that are managed by the country’s number one Interlocking paving giant of SMS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. We are seeking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join the kitchen staff as a chef at Leaf Oluella, Yatiyanthota.
JOB PROFILE
- Expertise in preparing delicious meal (both western & Sri lankan)
- Cordinates Daily food supply & Plan Groceres
- Maintaining a Sanitary kitchen, adheres to proper food handling, Sanitation, and safety Procedures
- Managing the food cost of the operation
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience in a similar role as a chef/cook within reputable hotel
- Ability to cook different type of cuisines
- Ability to meet Guest Quality & Service Standards.
- Ability to Work independently
- Ability to work multiple task.
- Be a creative and innovative thinker who can bring ideas to action with speed.
- Should have strong communication skills, persuasion skills and emotional intelligence
- Age less than 40 years
