Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creative marketing, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. As an Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communication, the role will support the execution of innovative marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, be the on-site lead for PR & Communications movements and executing Social Media strategies, playing a key role in driving brand growth and engagement.

Core Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design principles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled in digital content creation, social media strategy, and visual storytelling.
  • Experienced in handling photography, asset management, and print production.
  • Excellent project and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of English language communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator across different platforms and channels.
  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality marketing experience.
  • Adaptable to multicultural island resort environment.
  • Goal oriented and able to work as a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Design and produce guest-facing materials aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage social media content calendar, engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead in content creation, including photography, video, and animation.
  • Support PR & Comms movements with hosting and orientating Media Familiarization trips, and maintaining media relationships.
  • Hosting and Collaborating with Influencers and KOLs on property and driving content creation movements.
  • Conduct market research and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and creating campaign materials (brochures, collaterals, menus).
  • Provide administrative support for reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Act as an on-site brand ambassador ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
