DOCUMENTATION CLERK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of shipping & BOI documentation work in compliance with internal & external procedures/ regulations.
  • Coordinate & monitor import & export shipments.
  • Assist in handling reception functions.

Qualifications:

  • GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Keen attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proactive attitude & ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills & a good team player.
