ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Role Overview:

As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support the F&B Manager in driving service excellence and creating unique dining experiences. You will help implement strategies that enhance service standards, and elevate guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development of F&B strategies that improve service delivery.
• Supporting cost control, inventory management, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Keeping up with culinary trends and fine dining standards.
• Enhancing service levels through effective staff training and guest engagement.
• Developing exceptional menus and driving innovation across F&B outlets.
• Ensuring consistent, high quality guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of current culinary trends and best practices.
• Genuine passion for exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment.
