ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - THALAWATHUGODA
JOB PROFILE
- Will be responsible to assist the Executive Chef in providing a professional and friendly service to our customers, maintaining hygienic and quality standards of the hospital Kitchen and Food & Beverage services as per our patient safety and quality guidelines defined by the organization.
- Will be responsible for assigning duties to the F&B Staff on daily basis and conducting briefings and necessary training sessions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Potential candidate with a Diploma in Hospital Management or a Vocational training in relevant fields.
- An energetic candidate with overall 3 years experience in high volume restaurant, hotel or hospital with minimum 02 years of experience in the similar capacity.
- High-level of customer service, interpersonal skills and fluency in written & oral English are essentials.
- Knowledge on HACCP standard and hospital diets would be an added advantage.
