Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Follow-Up: Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to purchase our products and services.
- Customer Needs: Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Teamwork: Maintain a pleasant attitude and be able to work effectively with the team.
- Liaison: Liaise with travel partners, religious establishments, airlines, hotels, and agents to manage bookings and travel requirements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with necessary religious establishments.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the outbound travel industry, including ticketing, packages, and visas.
- Adaptability: Personality to accept challenges and adapt to changes in the working environment.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Good team player with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- System Knowledge: Proficient in both Amadeus and Sabre systems.
- Business Advantage: Having existing business or corporate clients in hand will be an added advantage.
