SENIOR MANAGER PROCUREMENT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A relevant Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Management or any other from a local or foreign university, recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka with 3 years’ relevant experience in a Senior Managerial position or equivalent
- Or a relevant Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Management or any other from a local or foreign university, recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka with 7 years’ relevant experience including 3 years in a Senior Managerial position or equivalent
- Or a professional membership from ISMM (Institute of Supplies and Materials Management) or any such related body with 7 years’ relevant experience including 3 years in a Senior Managerial position or equivalent
- Experience devising procurement strategies and managing procurement budgets
- Attention to detail along with outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven capacity to motivate and guide teams toward success
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines
