You should ideally:
- hold a bachelor’s or diploma in business management or marketing
- have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role
- possess excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- demonstrate flexibility in work hours and a willingness to travel to visit customers
- have a strong understanding of the sales cycle and the payments & cash management product portfolio
You will be mainly responsible for:
- managing the recovery efforts for stage 1 and 2 credit card portfolios, aiming to prevent new Non-Performing (NP) credit cards and maintain healthy collection ratios
- supervising and guiding the team, ensuring effective customer management and portfolio coverage
- coordinating closely with branches and other internal stakeholders to resolve recovery matters and address challenges efficiently
- maintaining and updating portfolio data, generating accurate reports, and providing actionable insights to senior management on payment patterns and customer behavior
- ensuring strict adherence to the bank’s collection system, policies, and all regulatory guidelines within your team and operations
