Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Sales Manager
Air Conditioning Solutions
JOB PROFILE
- Achieve set sales targets by identifying and developing new opportunities specifically for air conditioning systems (split, VRF, and package-type) for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored AC solutions that meet the specific cooling needs of corporate customers.
- Conduct product training presentations and demonstrations, focusing on air conditioning solutions for corporate clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the HVAC industry, conduct market analysis, and recommend relevant product enhancements.
- Engage with clients to understand needs and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and proposals on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full/part qualifications in SLIM/SIM would be an advantage.
- Minimum qualification would be GCE A/L.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of air conditioning systems (split, VRF, package-type).
- Candidates with sales experience in related technical industries such as generators, ventilation products or elevators will also be considered, provided they demonstrate the ability to transition to AC sales.
- Strong technical understanding of air conditioning systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in AC sales.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
