Head of Customer Service (Colombo)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customer queries and providing customer support
  • Maintain records of the conversation with the customers, resolve issues by providing strong solutions.
  • Responsible for customer data update on information system
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience
  • Lead and manage the customer service team and provide guidance
  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, including handling customer inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance customer experience

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination with a pass for mathematics at the GCE O/L
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Excellent command of the English, Sinhala language
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages
  • Good customer relationship and problem-solving skills
