WE’RE HIRING
MANAGER - FINANCE & ADMIN
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong skills in daily financial management and cash flow handling
- Experience in supervising finance teams and ensuring operational accountability
- Full responsibility for payroll, including EPF/ETF calculations, statutory deductions, and reconciliations
- Expertise in managing payables/receivables, ledger maintenance, and supporting documentation
- Timely preparation and submission of VAT reports, tax filings, and all statutory documentation
- Oversight of HR-related finance functions, including maintaining employee records
- Creation and maintenance of individual staff files and HR-related schedules (e.g., leave, attendance, and payroll support)
Mandatory requirements:
- Professional-level proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.
- Qualified or part-qualified in Accounting/Finance (CIMA/ACCA/CA or equivalent) – Mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software is mandatory.
