As the Purchasing Executive at Frella International, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process. This role involves ensuring the timely sourcing of quality materials, products, and services needed to support our operations in the Wellness and Hospitality Service sectors. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and help maintain the standards that have established Frella as a trusted leader in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or a purchasing role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Age below 35 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, products, and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Generate and maintain accurate purchase records and reports.
