Planning Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and scope.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule status.
- Identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project planning/scheduling, preferably in high rise buildings.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
