Join our growing Customer Service team and provide the best online service to our customers, bringing your unique personality to every customer interaction!
As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our diverse global customers who use Live Chat to seek information about our trips or need help with their decision making. You'll help maximize sales of all Intrepid Group products while supporting direct customers and travel agents throughout the pre-booking and post-booking process. You’ll also action web bookings and make bookings in our reservation system, ensuring an overall exceptional booking experience with us!
This is a full-time roster-based permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
