Guest Relations Officer / Front Office Assistant

We are looking to candidates who have open availability to work on weekdays & weekends as a Guest Relations Officer / Front Office Assistant to manage our front desk operations.

  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Officer / Front Office Assistant / Receptionist
  • Solid written and verbal skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Customer service attitude
  • Additional certificates in similar field is a plus
