We are looking for highly motivated and committed individuals to immediately join our Company.

Junior Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive to join our Cashew Sourcing Project team. This role is integral in maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring that all activities are in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing sourcing documents efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

• Age between 22 to 35 years
• Male/Female Candidates

Working Locations

• Gampaha - Kirindiwita

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Food Science/Quality Assurance/Food Quality/Production related field is a must
• Minimum one year working experience in related field or FMCG category
• Excellent Communication
• Good Leader and Team Player who can be worked with multidimensional team
• Ability to work independently and unbiasedly
• Ability to result out against a given time period
• Prefer candidates who can join with immediate effect

Responsibilities

• Maintain Strong Relationships with Subcontractors.
• Ensure all sourcing activities are conducted in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain and organize sourcing documents in a systematic manner, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference.
• Ensure that sourcing practices meet legal and ethical standards while adhering to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
