Assistant Front Office Manager

  • Marketing and customer service skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity in star class hotels.
  • Computer literacy – ability to handle online reservations & reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as a team.
  • Should bear a good personality and must be able to guide and train the subordinates.

Front Office Executive / Reservations Executive

  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role in star class hotel.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal with good communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Significant work experience in handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel.

Guest Relations Officer / Receptionist

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Significant work experience in handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Storekeeper / Assistant Storekeeper

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity in star class hotel.
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have excellent computer proficiency & familiarity with accounting packages.
