Collect and evaluate the data related to customer experience when it comes to delivery concerning riders.
Assist the management by creating required reports which will be used daily/weekly/monthly.
Coordinate with branches to maintain adequate supply targets, retention and publish performance reports to visualize monthly performance towards service quality.
Ensure the standards in the quality and behavior of the riders.
Conduct relevant data analyses depending on the business requirements.
Connect with riders and help to solve any issues with relevant stakeholders.
Process Implementation and Execution with relevant to delivery and rider fleet management.
Qualifications and Requirements
BSc in Business Management/Statistics/Industrial Management/Transport and Logistics or equivalent
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Having good communication skills and teamwork capability
Analytical, evaluative, and data-driven mindset
The ability to work with SQL and Python for data analysis would be an added advantage.
