Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer support and solving real-world technical challenges? KLOUDIP is looking for enthusiastic System Support Specialists to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and professional support via voice calls, online chat, and support tickets.
- Create internal support tickets based on customer calls or assist customers in logging their own.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with defined SLAs.
- Provide managed services using KLOUDIP’s innovative software platforms.
- Handle customer complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
What We're looking for
- Proven experience as a System Support Specialist or Customer Service Executive.
- A Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo or SAP is a strong advantage.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil (multilingual skills are a plus).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and experience in digital document management.
- Age range: 20–25 years.
