EXECUTIVE - CLIENT SERVICES

Job Responsibilities

  • File and manage documentation including receipts, purchase orders, emails, memos, and reports
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Department and coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Follow up on pending payments, support debtor management, and provide timely updates to managers
  • Handle client relationship management, including lead handling, after-sales support, and cross-functional coordination for timely issue resolution
  • Manage CRM tools, report sales activity, and maintain accurate internal record

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, or Business Development
  • Experience or understanding of Retail POS, ERP, or Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions is an added advantage
  • Exposure to the FMCG sector will be highly valued
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and onsite coordination
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage
