Senior Lead - Business Transformation
Job Role:
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Analysis aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation via analysis and industry trends.
- Build and mentor a high-performing BA team; set roles, expectations, and provide coaching.
- Lead transformation projects end-to-end, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Guide critical analysis efforts and ensure quality documentation.
- Communicate effectively with all levels; facilitate workshops and decisions.
- Establish KPIs, monitor impact, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, with a significant portion of that experience leading business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.
- Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BPMN, UML).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, document, and manage business requirements across complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business transformation projects with measurable results.
- Experience working with [mention relevant industry or technologies if applicable].
- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
