BreadTalk Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of service
  • Oversee daily/monthly inventory loss control and ordering procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and maintain guest satisfaction
  • Drive corporate and branch sales through promotional activities and excellent service

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B, fast-food, or bakery industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food-safety regulations and service standards
  • Hands-on, customer-focused, results-oriented
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (added advantage)
  • Age below 35

Benefits

  • Attractive salary and allowances: 70,000 – 110,000 LKR
  • Sales-target incentives and corporate-sales bonuses
  • 6 off-days per month
  • Working hours: 6:00am – 7:30pm (shift-based)
