Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in coordination with relevant departments.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPP) is a plus.
