Position: System Auditor - Recruitment and HR Compliance

Location: Remote (with potential for hybrid working) – Sri Lanka

Starting Salary: Competitive Salary

Working Hours: 40 hours a week – Based on Sri Lankan working time

Experience: Minimum 1 year in auditing or data analysis

Qualifications

  • A/Ls with minimum 2 A passes for mainstream subjects (Math, Science, or Commerce streams)
  • A Degree completed at a reputable university or a HND completed in English medium would be an advantage.

About the Role – System Auditor - Recruitment and HR Compliance

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and HR Compliance Auditor to ensure our HR and recruitment processes meet regulatory and legal requirements. This role is critical in maintaining compliance excellence within the organisation and requires a proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment and HR processes to ensure compliance
  • Monitor employee records, working hours, and training documents to ensure compliance
  • Audit Tier 2 and Tier 4 sponsorship compliance and track adherence to policies
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior officers
  • Maintain compliance records and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews
  • Collaborate with operational teams to resolve non-compliance issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion to learn and develop a strong awareness of HR compliance, employment law, and sponsorship regulations in the UK
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present detailed reports to senior management
  • Familiarity with HRIS and data management tools
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential data
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
