EL - TORO Roofing Products Limited has set up its state-of-the-art production facility in Chilaw. The following vacancy exist at our factory for suitable qualified & experienced personnel.
HR Officer
Qualifications and Requirements
- a) GCE (A/L) with professional qualification in HRM diploma (IPM/ NIBM or any other reputed Institute)
- b) Degree or higher diploma is added qualification are most welcome
- c) Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR &/or T&D field.
- d) Ability to work late hours under minimum supervision.
- e) Ability work on tight deadlines.
- f) Working knowledge of English & communication skills are essential.
- g) Computer literacy (MS word/Excel and Outlook etc.).
- h) Age Below 35.
Job role & responsibility’s
- a. Provide support to staff skill developments & capabilities.
- b. Playing a supporting role in out learning & development initiatives of the organization.
- c. Source training facilitators/ Program as per the organization requirement
- d. Coordinate companywide training program by providing required logistics, Recourse etc.
- e. Evaluate training feedback in order to monitor necessary changes & evaluate ROI of training.
- f. Gather analyze & present Training & Development requirements for decision making of the management.
- g. Design & implement employee engagement activities.
- h. Involved in Other HR activities.
