WE'RE RECRUITING FOR

SENIOR OFFICER/OFFICER TICKETING AND RESERVATION

Responsibilities

  • Handle all ticketing and reservation duties, including direct calls from clients and travel agents.
  • Prepare daily sales and reconciliation reports as required by the company.
  • Generate reports requested by HQ.
  • Provide support to the sales team when needed.
  • Attend trade events representing the airline.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum GCE A/L or Diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservation.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in ticketing and reservations in the Airline or Travel industry.
  • Knowledge in "Amadeus" system will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
