RECEPTIONIST / FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

eMarketingEye is an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with over 1200 clients across 45+ countries. We specialise in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry, offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns and web analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage the main telephone line by handling all incoming calls promptly and appropriately.
  • Coordinate with team members to assist in organising internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and sorting out parking as required.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure that office premises remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle all mail and courier activities, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies and essentials, such as stationery, pantry items, and first aid materials, ensuring timely replenishment and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Support the HR team with organising events, assisting in the recruitment process, and facilitating new employee onboarding and other general administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain and regularly update databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and ease of access to necessary information.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Customer Relations / Office Administration or a similar qualification.
  • A pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be organised and able to multitask.
  • Prior experience in administration / customer service-related areas would be an advantage.
