Job Description
Requirements:
- A Degree or a Professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO, customer service, call center, telemarketing, hospitality, banking, or other client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new knowledge and customer service platforms.
- A friendly, empathetic, and professional manner is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and continuously grow in the role.
