Job Description

Requirements:

  • A Degree or a Professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO, customer service, call center, telemarketing, hospitality, banking, or other client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new knowledge and customer service platforms.
  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional manner is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and continuously grow in the role.
